HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE
Let’s say it’s 6.15pm and you’re going home (alone of course), after an unusually hard day on the job. You’re really tired, upset and frustrated. Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the hospital nearest your home. Unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it that far. You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself..!!
NOW HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE…
Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.
However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously.
A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.
A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating.
The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can perhaps buy precious time to get themselves to a phone and dial 911.

My brother has indeed caused me allot of pain and suffering yet i have done the same to him, unintentionally ofcourse but yeah. If I wasn’t there things would’ve been different and he wouldn’t be this way I’m certain of that. the past i can not change but the future i can there fore I will keep on protecting him no matter how many times he betrays me, even if it’s mean he’d end up killing me some day. Hoping I can change his perspective and maybe get him to forgive me as I always forgive him. So things can go back to how they once were. Although I know well this could be impossible, but i will keep on fighting for my little brother. For Loki…

I would accept his challenge! .. Although I have no idea what this hercules-being might be….

He is and will always be my little brother no matter what even if we are not bounded by blood. It is not his faulth that he became the way he is….

You wouldn’t happen to have any queries for me would you? Cause i’m getting kind of bored here… Or do you people no longer desire my answers?

That was not mine to decide over the all-father thought it was a good idea
When people turn to fictional characters, it’s often because they want an escape. The stories of these people shelter us from the storm of our daily lives; they save us, if only for a little while. But when we really give in, become invested, let ourselves be vulnerable, something changes. We begin to feel that we know them. It’s no longer just an escape, but part of us, something that makes us who we are.
These characters teach us that incredible adversity can be overcome. That people can love each other forever. That life can be an adventure. That magic can be real. And even if these miracles have never happened to us, we begin to go through life believing that, someday, they could.
